the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body - the right to file a motion to initiate proceedings pursuant to Section 100 of the Act,

INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RIGHT OF ANY TERMINATION 
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data concerning the Contact Form at any time, via the e-mail address manager@kinderlandno.sk. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent prior to its withdrawal. 

PROVIDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS VOLUNTARY 
Providing your personal information is voluntary. If you are interested in contacting you and responding to your message, we will need your e-mail or other contact. Failure to do so will result in the fact that it will not be possible to contact you, there are no other consequences.

The operator does not use automated individual decision-making or profiling when processing personal data for a given purpose.
